Gouache on hot pressed water color paper.
It's a pug dressed up as a newsie, although I don't know if the newsie aspect comes through as much as as I would like.
I'm happy with the final result though!
I also really like the hot pressed watercolor paper. It's so smooth and it was beautiful to put the paint on it.
